How about black and white stripes on the apron with black or white legs. Sort of a MacKenzie Childs look. Check out the sitehttp://www.mackenzie-childs.com/New/Furniture/
Thank you for the suggestion. Need to check it out to see what or how to achieve the look. The green can is calling my name, but holding back the impulse. The other table I picked up is painted white-white & would need to be cleaned thoroughly. To the other Penny, I've visted your site & always get excited when I see your booth. Penny, my SIL & I were talking about how much you would love the place I'm in. Furniture ready for the picking & waiting for a new life. She said you would love seeing it. May have to post pictures to give everyone an idea. Thanks again

ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteI am a friend of your sister in law, Penny. I live in the Asheville area of NC, but grew up in Michigan.
That is a great table. Love the shape of the legs. Penny has a great idea, with the black and white stripes. It would look great that way!
By the way...my name is Penny too.
